Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Noon Connector application (the “App”) provided by Jeenus A (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Noon Connector synchronises products, inventory and orders between your Shopify store and the Noon marketplace using credentials you provide. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install applications on it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it, including the Noon credentials you supply.

3. Subscriptions & billing

The App offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify’s billing system and are subject to Shopify’s terms. Charges recur until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorised way, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate the terms of Shopify, Noon, or any applicable law.

5. Third-party services

The App depends on Shopify and Noon. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or actions of these third-party platforms. Your use of Noon is also governed by Noon’s own seller agreement, and your use of Shopify by Shopify’s terms.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synchronisation will always be timely or complete. You are responsible for verifying that your listings, stock and orders are accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeenus A shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your access token is revoked and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
