Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you install the App on your Shopify store, we access and store only the data needed to provide the service:

• Store information: your .myshopify.com domain, store name, email, country and currency.
• Product & inventory data: products, variants, SKUs, prices, images and stock levels, in order to list and update them on Noon.
• Order data: order identifiers, totals, financial and fulfilment status, used to synchronise orders between Shopify and Noon.
• Noon credentials you provide: the Noon Seller API credentials you enter in the App’s settings, stored encrypted and used only to connect your store to your own Noon account.
• Authentication tokens: the Shopify access token issued at install, stored encrypted to make API calls on your behalf.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your Noon credentials between stores or with any third party.

2. How we use information

• To synchronise products, inventory and orders between your Shopify store and the Noon marketplace.
• To operate, maintain and improve the App.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To process subscription billing through Shopify.

3. Sharing of information

To deliver the core service, product, inventory and order data is transmitted to Noon using the Noon Seller API credentials you supply for your store. This sharing is performed on your instruction and only with the marketplace you choose to connect. We use Shopify as our hosting and billing platform. We do not otherwise disclose your data except where required by law.

4. Data storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers. Sensitive values — your Shopify access token and Noon API credentials — are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data only while the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, your access token is removed and your store is marked inactive. We honour Shopify’s mandatory data-erasure requests:

• shop/redact — we delete your store’s data 48 hours after uninstall, as required by Shopify.
• customers/redact — we erase any data relating to a specific customer on request.
• customers/data_request — we provide stored data relating to a customer on request.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at jeenus.developer@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

The App uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in while using the embedded app inside the Shopify Admin. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
